What to Write to Us About

  • Something looks broken. A letter shows as an empty box, a style will not copy, or a page does not load properly.
  • A tool you would like us to add. If you keep looking for a style we do not have, tell us the name or describe how it should look.
  • A page that could be clearer. If a guide left a question unanswered or got something wrong, we want to fix it.
  • Questions about privacy or how the tools work. Our privacy policy covers the basics, and you are welcome to ask for more.
  • Anything else. If it does not fit above, send it anyway.

How to Help Us Fix a Problem Faster

Text styles depend heavily on your device, so a few details make a big difference. When you report a problem, it helps to tell us:

  • Which page and which style you were using.
  • Your phone or computer, such as iPhone, Android or Windows, and roughly how old it is.
  • Where you pasted the text, such as Instagram bio, WhatsApp, a comment or a game name.
  • What you expected to see, and what you saw instead. A screenshot is very helpful.

Things we can't help with

We have no connection to Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp or any other app, so we cannot recover accounts, change usernames or unblock anything. We also cannot see the text you type into the tools, because it is converted in your browser and never reaches us. If you need help with an account, the app's own support team is the right place.

What Happens After You Write

We read each message and reply when a reply will help, usually by email. We do not always answer quickly, since this is a small site, but nothing gets ignored. We will never share your email address or message with anyone else.
